Kay Biondo
Skin Care and Micropigmentation Specialist
Kay specializes in skin care products, chemical peels, microdermabrasion, and permanent make-up. In addition to her skill in creating the right skin care regimen for our patients, her meticulous and natural results in micropigmentation make it easy for Traverse City women to wake up with eyeliner and lip color already in place. Amy Wagner
RN, Patient Coordinator
Amy is our Patient Coordinator. Interestingly, Amy has worked for Dr. Smith her entire nursing career, beginning at Munson Medical Center. Because she was impressed with his surgical skill and beautiful results, she made the leap to work for him full-time in the office. Amy’s empathy and kind personality puts patients at ease immediately. Reassuring and knowledgeable, Amy is like the friend with whom you always feel comfortable.
Amy assists Dr. Smith in our Traverse City and Gaylord offices during consultations, office surgeries, and follow-up visits. Amy will help you with all of the details concerning scheduling your surgery. Of course she is available by phone to answer any questions you may have after you have left the office.
