Great Lakes Plastic Surgery Center
Great Lakes Plastic Surgery Center was founded in 1998 by F. Matthew Smith, MD, FACS with the goal of providing high quality, comprehensive cosmetic and reconstructive services. Dr. Smith is a board certified plastic surgeon. As a highly respected regional referral source, he has treated many patients throughout northern Michigan.
Established in 1999 our Skin & Laser Clinic was the first to offer laser techniques and chemical skin treatments in the Grand Traverse area. It features state-of-the-art equipment that is owned by our practice. (Many other skin and laser clinics use shared equipment). Our experienced skin and laser specialist, Camille J. Griswold, MSN, FNP-C, has successfully treated over 2,000 patients.
Many of the procedures we offer can be performed in our office-based surgery center. Other surgeries are performed at Munson Medical Center in Traverse City, MI Northwest Michigan Surgery Center in Traverse City, MI and Otsego Memorial Health Center in Gaylord, MI.
Staff
Our physicians, nurses and office staff are dedicated to providing the highest level of professionalism, expertise and quality service. The entire staff has had extensive training and experience in the unique needs of the plastic surgery patient.
